OPUS 3 ARTISTS WIN ECHO KLASSIK AWARDS

Congratuations to the Opus 3 artists who have won a 2009 Echo Klassik Award. The Echo Klassik Awards are Germany’s equivalent to the Grammy Award. 

Emanuel Pahud  - Instrumentalist of the Year (Flute)
Daniel Hope -  Concert Recording of the Year (18th Century) – violin  (For Vivaldi on DG)
Leonidas Kavakos – Concert Recording of the Year (19th Century) – violin (for Mendelssohn on SONY)
Daniel Harding; Nathan Gunn; Ian Bostridge – Opera Recording (Britten-Billy Budd on Virgin classics)
