Ready for a reprise of the St. Matthew Passion? As a Chicago Bach Project enthusiast, you'll want to tune in to a free SDG-sponsored video webcast of John Nelson conducting Bach's "Great Passion" live from the St. Denis Basilica on the outskirts of Paris. (You'll also have a chance to hear soloists Stephen Morscheck and Nicholas Phan again, along with Stephen Alltop playing continuo.)

The occasion is the closing concert of the month-long St. Denis Festival, an annual classical music event that brings in first-class musicians from around the world for a month of exceptional programs.
Soli Deo Gloria is partnering with Ideale Audience and medici.tv to offer this state-of-the-art live webcast on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, 1:30 p.m. Central (8:30 p.m. in France).  Click here for the webcast (or simply go to medici.tv).
