Stunningly classical, uniquely touching - the David Orlowsky Trio is today regarded as one of the world's most successful and most innovative ensembles. With their unique musical style and crowd-pulling performances, the three artists have re-defined the standards of classical music. Classifying the sound of their own compositions as „Chamber.World.Music“, the trio explores new forms of music at the crossroads of classical, klezmer, pop, Middle Eastern music and jazz. They have wowed audiences at New York's Carnegie Hall, Berlin's Philharmonie, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam or Luxembourg Philharmonie, as well as at major festivals including Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein Musikfestival, Heidelberger Frühling, the Lucerne Festival and Oslo Chamber Music Festival, all of which have them as regular guests. The compositions of the three-time winners (2008, 2011 and 2015) of the ECHO Klassik award are published worldwide by Schott Musik/Advance Music, with the scores being frequent bestsellers, among music students and the general public alike.

Highlights of the 2016/17 season include performances of the orchestral program Symphonic Klezmer with the Aachen Symphony Orchestra, Nürnberg Symphony, Jonköping Sinfonietta in Sweden as well as with the Kammerakademie Potsdam. Furthermore, the trio will perform in Salzburg, Zurich, Bern, Beethovenfest Bonn, Brussels, Hamburg, and Munich. In Spring 2017 the trio will release their sixth studio album for Sony Classical, Paris-Odessa. The release tour includes concerts in Odessa, Munich, Lucerne, Cologne, Edinburgh, Dresden, Regensburg among other cities. In September 2017 they will embark on a tour through Asia and give their debut in Hong Kong.
